"A Taste of Ethiopia"
We began making our products for family and friends in 1960. Time-tested to high standards of taste, these products with complex flavor and proven shelf-life are designed to both enhance the dishes you love and to help you explore novel culinary directions. Furthermore, all of our pastes, sauces, and other derivative products were developed with locally available ingredients which are also found in my birthplace of Ethiopia. We have made every effort to capture the essence and unique flavors of the ancient Ethiopian cuisine.
In every culture, seasonings vary within a generally accepted norm. Some like their food very hot and spicy, some prefer it milder, and others wish it to be savory but not hot. We hope you will find your preferred range among our products.
